Wine Review: This dark coral colored dry Rose from the Finger Lakes is made from Cabernet Franc. It opens with an attractive tangerine and banana bread like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and nicely coats your mouth. It is also slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused strawberry with notes of peach and a hint of tangerine and ginger. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Rose is food friendly and very good. It will not last long. Share with friends at a cookout along with some grilled weisswurst. Wine Club exclusive – or you could beg. Enjoy - Ken
