Wine Review: This very dark purple colored wine opens with an attractive spicy boysenberry bouquet with hints of menthol and black pepper. On the palate, this medium bodied, balanced, soft, and warm. The flavor profile is black cherry with notes of menthol and coffee. The finish is dry and its building tannins are nicely prolonged. The panel would pair this wine with roast duck or your favorite meatballs. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: With deep ruby color, this Cabernet opens with inviting aromas of cherry, blackberry, raspberry, currant and hints of cedar and cocoa. Concentrated flavors of boysenberry, raspberry, red cherry and currant followed by notes of black pepper and vanilla in the long, smooth finish. A rich, full mouth feel with nicely balanced tannins and structure.
