Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Oregon Pinot Noir opens with a fragrant black raspberry and strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, easy to drink and juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe black raspberry jam with notes of gentle old oak and nicely integrated plum. I also detected a hint of black pepper. The finish is dry and its fine tannins linger for a little while. This Pinot Noir is food friendly and would pair well with five fruit stuffed chicken. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This fragrant nose of black cherry, brown sugar brulee and vanilla leads to a mouth of fresh red plums. The sweet middle leads to a silky, seamless finish that lingers with spice. - Winemaker Luisa Ponzi
