Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a lemon-lime like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, a touch tart and has a bit of zesty spritz. The flavor profile is a light lime with a touch of minerality and a splash of lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. For $10 this is a nice value wine. I would pair it with garlic roasted chicken. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Wonderfully fragrant, floral and grapefruit nose with fig and peach aromas. Very full, round mouth with clean grapefruit flavors. Wonderful to pair with spicy Asian faire, raw oysters, seafood and creamy pastas.
