Wine Review: This almost clear colored Soave opens with a Bosc pear, bees wax and mild mineral bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, nicely acidic and fresh. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Bosc pear with notes of almond. I also detected hints of ginger beer and lemon. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This wine went well with my seafood casserole at Legal Sea Foods. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Good depth of fruit on the palate, nicely balanced by a zingy acidity that enhances its long length.
