Wine Review: This almost clear Sauvignon Blanc opens with a wet stone like bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic, crisp and zesty. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with notes of green apple as well. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This wine would pair well with grilled swordfish drizzled with a lemon butter sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Pale straw yellow in appearance. Aromas of tropical fruit mixed with fresh citrus, lychee and passion fruit. Crisp, fresh and lively on the palate, with vibrant grapefruit notes, lemon and hints of tropical fruits, guava and fresh pineapple. Long lingering finish.
