Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Malbec from Peachy Canyon opens with an attractive blueberry bouquet with hints of black cherry and cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a black plum and black cherry blend with notes of mild minerality, touch of cedar and hint of watermelon. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors linger for quite some time. The panel suggested pairing this tasty Malbec would pair well with short ribs and or barbecue beef brisket. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This year's Ms Behave bursts with ripe fruit flavors, from raspberry and bing cherry to red licorice, cinnamon and confectioner's sugar. Pops of raspberry, cola, sage and subtle hints of mineral lend charisma to the elegant structure and luscious finish..
