Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a cola and black raspberry bouquet with a hint of red currant. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a tasty red raspberry jam with notes of black cherry and cranberry. The finish is dry and its fine tannins are elegant. This elegant Pinot would pair perfectly with sliced pork tenderloin with a wild mushroom risotto. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The dark plum color is accompanied by fragrant aromas of strawberry and underbrush. The palate offers perfectly-ripened black cherry and currant flavors that meld seamlessly with earthy accents of bergamot and dried herbs. A touch of acidity accents a lengthy finish.
