Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a cola and black raspberry bouquet with a hint of red currant. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a tasty red raspberry jam with notes of black cherry and cranberry. The finish is dry and its fine tannins are elegant. This elegant Pinot would pair perfectly with sliced pork tenderloin with a wild mushroom risotto. Enjoy – Ken
