Wine Review: This light coral colored wine opens with a faint strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced between its acidity and fruit. It has a round mouthfeel as well. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused tangerine and faint strawberry blend with hints of white pepper, Maraschino cherry and lime in the background. The finish is rather dry and its acidity and flavors linger nicely. This is a very nice hot weather wine to serve chilled with shrimp cocktail. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Very pale pink, bone-dry style featuring a touch of weight and complexity, with fine nuances of dried berry, cherry and spice notes. Lush, elegant, and very harmonious. Ideal as an aperitif, but also as a lunch rose when combined with seafood, salads, grilled tuna or your backyard patio.
