Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from Mosel opens with a mild lime bouquet with hints of apricot and grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, bright, shows nice acidity and reasonable sweetness. The flavor profile is mild pineapple and pear blend with notes of gentle minerality and hints of ripe yellow grapefruit. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors linger for quite a while. I would pair this tasty Riesling with quiche Lorraine tart appetizers. Enjoy - Ken
