Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Chard opens with a light lemon and wet stone like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp, and tangy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused apricot with a hint of green apple and peach. The finish is dry and quite refreshing. We felt this Chard would appeal to Sauvignon Blanc fans and would pair nicely with chicken picatta. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Attractive green tints. Tight lemony/lime aromas with green apple and a touch of vanilla. Tight focused palate with citrusy fruit and an elegant, long finish.
