Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc from South Africa opens with a peach pit like bouquet with hints of grapefruit, green apple and tangerine. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a tart Anjou pear and tangy lime blend with nicely integrated minerality. We also detected hints of grapefruit and white pepper. The finish is quite dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. The panel suggested pairing this wine with grilled Arctic Char or broiled salmon with a creamy dill sauce. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Predominant flavours are those of tropical fruit with herbaceous overtones, whilst the overall impression is of elegance and delicacy with a long flavoursome finish.
