Wine Review: This pale yellow colored sparkler has lots off streaming bubbles. It opens with a cookie dough and vanilla bouquet with a hint of lemon. On the palate, this sparkler is acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with notes of white pepper and lemon. The finish is dry, austere, and slightly extended. Pair with melon wrapped in prosciutto or ham dishes.
