Wine Review: This pale straw colored sparkler opens with a mild bread dough like bouquet with hints of ginger. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and displays crisp acidity and is mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a Squirt soda with nicely integrated minerality and notes of ginger. The finish is dry and its flavors go on for quite a while. The panel suggested pairing this wine with Emeril's crab cakes or a seafood casserole. Enjoy - KWGTP
