Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Chard opens with an Anjou pear like bouquet with a touch of oak and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, a touch zesty, and citrus like. The flavor profile is lemon-lime with a touch of green apple. The finish is dry and crsip. The panel thought this Chard would be a good option with white lasagna. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This dazzling Chardonnay flaunts alluring aromas and rich, complex flavors of pear, green apple, citrus, and almonds, coupled with hints of orange blossom. Crisp and fresh, it balances bright fruit flavors with intriguing nuances of vanilla, nuts and toast.
