Wine Review: This yellow colored Chard opens with a new oak and crème brulee like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and creamy. The flavor profile is an oak influenced lemon custard with a hint of oak in the background. The finish is dry and lands softly. This is a very easy to drink Chard. Pair it with tortellini alfredo. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Pear, melon, banana, and vanilla dominate the nose. Creamy and balanced with nicely integrated acidity. The flavor profile is a light lime and a touch of butter.
