Wine Review: This Sauvignon Blanc from Merriam opens with a fragrant yellow grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, juicy and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe yellow grapefruit with hints of orange and a touch of minerality. The finish is dry and its flavors last for quite some time. Pair this tasty Sauvignon Blanc with broiled sea scallops. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Danielle's Estate Sauvignon Blanc is light straw in color, a very aromatic wine with notes of citrus blossom, apricot, tangerine and honey dew melon. On the palate, medium texture, bright acid with passion fruit, apricot and peach. A long lasting viscous finish. This medium bodied aromatic wine is clean and crisp. Enjoy!!
