Wine Review: This almost clear Sauvignon Blanc opens with a fragrant pink grapefruit bouquet with a hint of peach. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp and lively. The flavor profile is a tart yellow grapefruit with hints of apricot, minerality and lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with linguine and clam sauce or homemade mac n’ cheese with smoked ham. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Danielle's Estate Sauvignon Blanc is light straw in color, a very aromatic wine with notes of citrus blossom, apricot, lemon pound cake and honey dew melon. On the palate, medium texture, bright acid with passion fruit, apricot and pink grapefruit. A long lasting viscous finish. This medium bodied aromatic wine is a great match with salads, sea food, and vegetarian dishes or poultry. Enjoy!!
