Wine Review: This brick red colored Pinot Noir opens with a mild strawberry bouquet with a hint of cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and fruit forward and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty strawberry and red raspberry blend with hints of oak and a touch of black pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. Joe and I thought this would pair nicely with grilled salmon. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: From our Los Amigos Estate Vineyard this Pinot Noir is from a small block of clone 23. Nine barrels were selected and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
