Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a mild green melon bouquet with hints of pineapple and green grass. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic, and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with hints of white pepper and lime. The finish is very dry and subtle. The panel suggested that this wine would pair well with a poached pear spinach salad with Great Hill blue cheese and candied pecans, grilled shrimp or a lime scallop ceviche. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: Translucent, pale straw. Nose: An intensely perfumed fresh bouquet of lime, bright pink grapefruit and lemon thyme combined with notes of green melon, pear and papaya. Flavor: Emulating the nose, the palate of bright grapefruit and lime flavor carries a hint of lemon verbena, basil and white peach accompanied
