Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a very shy peach bouquet with a hint of green apple. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and easy going. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused Anjou Pear and Granny Smith apple with a hint of honey and apricot. The finish is quite dry and refreshing. The panel suggested pairing this Very Good Sauvignon Blanc with bacon wrapped scallops or coconut shrimp. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Translucent, pale straw colored. An intensely perfumed fresh bouquet of pink grapefruit and watermelon combines with energetic spice notes underlined by invigorating minerality. Emulating the nose, the palate of crisp citrus and melon flavor carries a hint of dry white herb accompanied by a soft, round mouthfeel resulting in a medium bodied, fresh, food-friendly wine.
