Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored sparkler is almost clear. It is initially very bubbly, then it settles down. It opens with a red apple bouquet with a hint of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, soft, and very approachable. The flavor profile is a mild apple with a hint of lemon and honey. The finish is dry and pleasant. This easy going sparkler would pair well with broiled scallops. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Sparkling wine with light gold color, creamy textured perlage; aromas of candied citron and acacia; the taste is soft, fresh with an elegant finish. Ideal for fish and shellfish dishes and fine stuffed pasta in cream sauces. Excellent as an aperitif or, at the end of the meal, with fresh fruits, especially strawberries or peaches.
