Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay is on the lighter side. It opens with mild lemon verbena bouquet with a hint of apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and fresh. The flavor profile is a faint green apple and vanilla oak blend with notes gentle minerality. The finish is dry and it flavors fade away nicely. This Chard is food friendly and would pair well with linguine with clams and wine broth. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This wine has a unique balance of approachability and surprising complexity. Our blend boasts enticing aromas of golden apple, ripe nectarine and honeydew melon, highlighted by fragrant jasmine blossom and citrusy Meyer lemon with an undertone of vanilla cream. It is fruit-forward, with a creamy mid-palate, and clean acidity on the finish. The carefully selected barrels offer an oak presence that elevates the wine without overshadowing its natural character. Pair this refreshing Chardonnay with grilled herb marinated sea bass with mango chutney.
