Wine Review: This ruby colored Cab will appeal to fans of Old World Styled wines. It opens with an oak influenced blackberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile display lots of oak and smoky meat flavors. The finish is dry and it has subtle tannins. We thought this wine would pair well with a burger or beef bolognese. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A bold and juicy red wine with red-berry fruit aromas and a touch of oak spice. Classic cabernet cassis and red-currant fruit flavours with silky tannins and long finish. Should go nicely with a wide range of foods, particularly red meats and pasta. Serve at a cool room temperature.
