Wine Review: This salmon pink colored Rose opens with very mild apricot like bouquet hint of plum. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, a tad crisp, and very easy going. The flavor profile is a pleasant mild apple with a hint of strawberry and light minerality. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This very good value Rose would be a nice complement to many foods. It would also be a very nice beach wine for a hot summer day. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: Bright salmon Nose: Floral with white pepper, strawberry, orange and fig. Palate: Juicy red fruits and spice lead to a creamy finish.
