Wine Review: This dark red colored blend from Long Island opens with a pleasant black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, elegant and smooth. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused black cherry with hints of faint blueberry and old oak. The finish is dry and its moderate well managed tannins linger and last for an extended period of time. This wine would pair nicely with filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken

Dark cherry, tobacco leaf and baking spices on the nose with flavors of red fruit, dried herbs, dark chocolate and vanilla on the palate lead to a full, elegant finish.
