Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Dry Riesling opens with a mild peach bouquet with a faint hint of wet stone and lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic, yet has a round and comfortable mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a pleasant mineral infused Anjou pear with notes of white pepper and integrated lime. The finish is dry and rather friendly. If you are a fan of Dry Riesling, you are really going to enjoy this wine. It is very food friendly and would pair perfectly with Coquilles St. Jacques. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A fine dry Riesling, individual in style. Crystal clear with delicate apple, white peach and fresh citrus aromas. Fruity, fresh and lively on the palate with hints of minerals. A wine for every day of the year. Serve with light cuisine or enjoy as a patio wine.
