Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling opens with a honeysuckle bouquet with hints of faint apricot and lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, brisk and fresh. The flavor profile is a mild grapefruit with notes of minerality. I also detected hints of white pepper and lime. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This Riesling would pair nicely with grilled swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Bright straw green in color. The 2015 Riesling exhibits concentrated aromas of citrus blossom, sweet spice, musk and subtle perfume of golden delicious apples. The palate reveals incredible freshness with soft lingering flavors of freshly cut Australian finger limes, crisp granny smith and jasmine spice which are balanced and fine, the delicate natural acidity drives the pallet into a persistent mineral finish.
