Wine Review: This coral colored Pinot Noir from Sancerre opens with an attractive strawberry bouquet with a hint of red cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and very nicely balanced. There are no edges at all. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild mineral infused strawberry with notes of watermelon and hints of Maraschino cherry in the end. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Rose is very food friendly and will be a crowd pleaser. It would pair nicely with shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Showcasing a lovely salmon color, this rosé offers an expressive nose presenting aromatic notes of pear, peach and blood orange. The supple palate is round and voluptuous, radiating an exquisite balance of orange zest, strawberry and a very elegant thread of minerality on the finish, making this wine a fresh and versatile match for an array of seasonal selections.
