Wine Review: This white gold colored Champagne opens with many random medium and small bubbles. The bouquet features moist bread dough, marzipan, and green apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, creamy, and clean. The flavor profile is a bread dough, marzipan, walnut, and green apple blend with hints of ginger. The finish is dry, refreshing and its flavors linger and last for quite some time. I would pair this Champagne with oysters on the half shell. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Fine bubbles and sustained effervescence, this seductive Champagne is a reflection of the expertise of Le Mesnil House.
