Wine Review: This salmon colored sparkler from California opens with an apple and bread dough like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a very mild mineral infused tangerine with hints of green apple and lemon. The finish is rather dry and its flavors linger after the wine is gone. This sparkler would serve as a nice opening wine to serve with spring rolls. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A delightfully delicate rose, this wine, comprised of 68% Chardonnay and 32% Pinot Noir, displays notes of fresh strawberry, raw almond and cherry blossom. Secondary flavors of Fuji apple, shortcake and clover grass show themselves in this bubbly perfect for pairing with smoked salmon, goat cheese pizza or fettuccine alfredo.
