Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored sparkling wine opens with lots of medium bubbles. Its bouquet is earthy and doughy. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and shows off plenty of acidity. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused green apple with notes of lemon and minerality. The finish is dry and it lingers for a quite some time. The panel recommended serving this sparkler with broiled scallops and bacon or stuffed mushrooms. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: A classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, each varietal contributes its own special character to the finished cuvee. The result is a wine that is perfectly celebratory, crisp and suggestive, as only a sparkling wine can be. Warm biscuit dough, ripe apricots and summer cherries all show themselves in this irresistible
