Wine Review: This translucent and bright red colored Pinot Noir from the Russian River opens with a pleasant dried cranberry and pomegranate like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, a little juicy and really smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty red raspberry with hints of oak, red currant and a touch of pomegranate. The finish is dry and its flavors linger slightly. This wine is very food friendly and would pair perfectly with fresh sliced Norwegian salmon. Enjoy - Ken
