Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes is very good. It opens with a mild lime, faint wet stone and petrol bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty mild faint lime and hints of pina colada and mild minerality. The finish is semi-dry and fades away nicely. This Riesling is approachable and versatile. I would this very good value wine with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken
