Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes is very good. It opens with a mild lime, faint wet stone and petrol bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty mild faint lime and hints of pina colada and mild minerality. The finish is semi-dry and fades away nicely. This Riesling is approachable and versatile. I would this very good value wine with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The Finger Lakes Region is known for its high quality Rieslings, and our Knapp Dry Riesling is a stellar example of our AVA. This wine offers aromas of Tahitian lime and honeydew melon which is synchronized with a bright and fruitful essence. The texture reminds us of a juicy grapefruit and orange combination. It has a long and lingering finish which is sustained with a hint of minerality. This Knapp Dry Riesling will be a mouthwatering accompaniment to Thai curry dishes, sweet and sour sauces, or spicy and savory Mexican dishes as well as a beautiful welcome wine for any gathering.
