Wine Review: This opaque and very dark purple colored Shiraz opens with an intense blueberry bouquet with a hint of vanilla and musty oak. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty blueberry with hints of black currant, plum, and gentle oak. The finish is dry and its tannins are fine and pleasant. The panel suggested pairing this Shiraz with a pepper steak with sautéed mushrooms or mushroom risotto. Enjoy – KWGTP
