Wine Review: This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon that is elegant and very impressive. It is dark purple colored and opens with a mild blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, quite smooth, extremely well balanced, and graceful. The flavor profile is a very tasty black cherry with a hint of gentle oak and blueberry mixed into the background. The finish is rather dry and its lengthy fine tannins go on and on and on. This beauty is a Cab that can be consumed in the near term and it would be perfect with filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken (To be released July 2011 - Get in line)
Winemaker Notes: Deep, rich, chunky and full-bodied. Loads of black fruit, licorice, currant, espresso roast, slight tobacco and a hint of chocolate.
