Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a green apple and pear bouquet with a hint of orange and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused tart green apple and Anjou pear with notes of white pepper. There is also a of pineapple and lime in the background. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This is a nice summer wine for a hot summer day at the beach. Pair it with fried calamari or fish and chips. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This wine shows lovely complexity with mix of tangy grassy notes, fig leaf, and peach and nectarine nuances. Brisk acidity with minerality on the palate which is typical of the long hang time in our cool region.
