Wine Review: This ruby colored Merlot from opens with a strawberry, leather and mint bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very approachable. The flavor profile is a gentle black cherry with nicely integrated oak and touch of chocolate. The finish is dry and its mild oak tannins linger slightly. The panel suggested pairing this wine with a mushroom burger. Enjoy - Ken
