Wine Review: This entry level Malbec is another good option to pair with your week night burger off the grill. It is dark ruby colored and opens with a mild black raspberry and light oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a juicy black plum with notes of black cherry and gently infused oak. The finish is dry and its noticeable tannins are puckery and stick with you for a while. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The wine presents an vivid ruby red color with purple hues. On the mouth. red fruits and elegant spicy touches enhance its complexity, mixing harmoniously with the oak. Soft and silky on the mouth, where the wine’s fruit intensity is instantly recognizable, blending perfectly with the oak ageing. Its unique structure, due to the maturity and softness of its tannins, provides a long and persistent finish.
