Wine Review: This is a Sauvignon Blanc that Chard lovers would enjoy. It is light yellow colored and opens with a Bartlett pear bouquet with floral notes and a hint of apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and rather smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty pear with notes of vanilla bean and banana with a hint of toasted almonds. The finish is dry and elegant. The panel suggested pairing this wine with grilled trout almondine. Enjoy – KWGTP
