Wine Review: This impressive Napa Cabernet is opaque and dark ruby red. It opens with an attractive blueberry and black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced, and quite savory. The flavor profile is a tasty blueberry and ripe plum blend with notes of nicely integrated mild vanilla oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are well controlled and linger for quite some time. This wine would pair perfectly with a New York strip steak. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Black currant, tobacco, cedar, plum, pepper, fig, clove, blackberry bramble, and anise on the nose, followed by an attack of cherry, spice, tobacco on the palate. The wine shows great balance and density, silky fine grain tannins with anise, clove, cherry and black currant in a long finish. - Aaron Pott
