Wine Review: This light yellow colored white blend opens with a Anjou pear and pilsner beer bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and slightly crispy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Anjou pear with hints of green apple and a touch of honey. The finish is dry and its mineral notes linger nicely. This wine is food friendly and would pair well with grilled swordfish. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Colour: Attractive pale straw with lime tinge. Nose: Lifted aromas of stone fruits and citrus. Palate: Medium bodied with texture and mouth feel. Flavours of mandarin, pear and Asian spice. Finishes with citrus, minimal acidity.
