Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling opens with a fragrant pear and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and nicely balanced between its sweetness and crisp acidity. The flavor profile is a ripe Anjou pear and peach with notes of green apple towards the end. The finish is sweet, quite refreshing, and lingers nicely. This wine would pair well with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken
