Wine Review: This bright red colored Rose wine made from mostly Cabernet is a refreshing summer and beach wine alternative for red lovers looking for something a little lighter and cooler when the weather turns warmer. This wine opens with a fragrant strawberry bouquet with a hint of pepper. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. I enjoyed its gentle orange and strawberry flavors. I also picked up hints of plum and watermelon as well. It finishes dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Rose is food friendly and fun. I would serve it slightly chilled and with grilled mahi mahi. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Captivating aromas of strawberry, cranberry and red apple fill the glass. Light weight in the mouth with waves of bright red fruit that roll across the palate. Mouthwatering acidity dances on the tongue complementing a juicy finish.
