Wine Review: This deep white gold colored Sparkling Wine from Iron Horse displays lots of tiny streaming bubbles. It opens with a strawberry and faint bread dough bouquet with a hint of cantaloupe, gooseberry, and baked apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and smooth. The flavor profile is rich mochaccino with cream with notes of red cherry and chalky minerality. We also detected hints of mushroom, grapefruit and a French apple tart. The finish is dry, polished, and its flavors and acidity are quite lengthy. The Tasting Panel would pair this Sparkling Wine with caviar toast points or a black forest cake. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Wedding Cuvée is our interpretation of a Blanc de Noirs and is our most romantic bubbly. We describe the 2019 vintage as dangerously easy to drink. Pale salmon in color with lively bubbles and mousse. It has a great raspberry aromas, followed by strawberry and a touch of lemon zest. Fruit forward and elegantly dry, this irresistible bubbly displays ultra-tiny bubbles. Great red fruit flavors on the front palate that extend to the mid palate, followed by a burst of red apple and creaminess leading to a grapefruit finish with amazing texture throughout. It closes with an exceedingly long finish.
