Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre opens with a very fragrant and inviting pineapple bouquet with a hint of honeydew melon. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp and lively. The flavor profile is a mineral infused apricot with a hint of green melon and white pepper. The finish is quite dry and refreshing. Serve this wine cool, not cold to bring out its best. I would pair it with grilled lemon pepper chicken. Enjoy – Ken
