Wine Review: We enjoyed this pale yellow colored Sancerre at Meritage at the Boston Harbor Hotel. It opens with a mild lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, savory, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a gentle lime with notes of minerality. The finish is dry and very refreshing. The after taste also lingers for quite sometime. We thought this wine is very food friendly and go particularly well with lemon drizzled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken
