Wine Review: This almost clear colored Blanc de Blanc from the Finger Lakes displays a few small bubbles and opens with a mild Meyer lemon and bread dough bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and fresh. The flavor profile is a tasty apple with notes of lemon and gentle minerality. The finish is dry and its acidity lingers nicely. This sparkler would pair perfectly with oysters. Note: This bubbly is only available via the website or at the winery. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine wraps notes of pineapple, banana, and mango in a dusting of cocao spice. A soft palate and delicate mousse means this wine is especially well-suited to light, creamy dishes and salted meats. Cellar comfortably for 10+ years. Store and serve at 45ºF.
