Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a pineapple and lemon bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, mouthwatering and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is gentle Anjou pear with hints of saline, minerality, lemon verbena, and white grapefruit. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel would pair this food friendly and versatile Chard with chicken picatta. Enjoy – KWGTP
