Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a wet stone and mild pineapple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and zesty with noticeable acidity. The flavor profile is a tangy lime with mineral notes infused throughout. The finish is off dry and nicely refreshing. This wine would pair well with lemon drizzled swordfish. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Floral overtones and tropical fruits open to peach and tangerine flavors with a a crisp mineral finish. Lakeside grapes are hand-selected from the Hazlitt Homestead farm.
